摘　　要：群G称为内FCmin-群(MNFCmin-群),如果它的所有真子群是FCmin-群(满足极小条件的FC-群),但G本身不是FCmin-群.研究内FCmin-群,并且分别在完备和非完备的情况下对其结构进行刻画.A group G is said to be a minimal non-FCmin-group（an MNFCmin-group） if all its proper subgroups are FCmin-groups（FC-groups with the minimal condition）,but G itself is not.This paper studies the class of minimal non-FCmin-groups and gives a description of the structures of MNFCmin-groups in both non-perfect case and perfect case.
