摘 要:以玉米自交系Mo17和478种子为试材,通过(58±1)℃人工热水老化处理,进行玉米种子超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸专一性过氧化物酶(APX)活性变化的分析研究。结果显示,玉米种子老化过程中SOD活性随老化时间的延长呈现缓慢上升的趋势;CAT,POD和APX活性随着老化程度的加深而下降;2个玉米种子的SOD和POD活性数值相近,但478种子的CAT活性高于Mo17,而APX活性却低于Mo17;玉米种子老化过程中抗氧化酶活性变化达到显著差异水平。Maize seeds of two cultivars Mo 17 and 478 were used to study the effects of( 58 ± 1 )℃ hot water on the enzymatic activity of SOD, POD, CAT and APX. The results showed that: The SOD activity increased slowly and the activity of CAT, POD, APX declined in maize seeds with prolonging of the aging. The SOD activities were the same as POD of two maize cuhivars, but the CAT activity in 478 seeds was higher than in Mo17, the APX activity in 478 seeds was lower than in Mo17. The antioxidant enzymatic activities of both maize seeds reached significant difference in aging process.
