摘  要:为了迅速在转基因生物检测实验室推广测量不确定度评定工作,对转基因大豆定量检测结果的不确定度进行了初步评定。结果表明,A类不确定度(uA)为0.000 8,B类不确定度(uB)为0.002,合成不确定度(uC)为0.002;在置信水准为95%时,包含因子(k)取1.96,扩展不确定度(U)为0.02。不确定度评估结果表明,微量液体转移量的偏差是本次测量不确定度的主要来源,在以后的转基因生物检测中,应尽量减小微量液体转移的偏差。A preliminary assessment of measurement uncertainty of quantitative results of transgenic soybean was made in this paper to promote evaluation of measurement uncertainty rapidly in GMO detection laboratory. Uncertainty (UA) of type A was 0.000 8, type B was (uB) 0.002, and the combined uncertainty (Uc) was 0.002; when confidence level was 95% and the coverage factor (k) was 1.96, the expanded uncertainty (U) was 0.02. The experimdntal uncertainty estimates showed the trace amount of liquid transfer was the major source of measurement uncertainty in this experiment and more attention should be paid to transferring trace amount of liquid in future to reduce the error of transferring.
