摘　　要：据调查,气流喷嘴是ATY(空气变形丝)生产中的主要瓶颈所在,其存在3个主要问题:快速污染使生产率较低,纱线质量水平一般及有限的工艺窗。为解决这些问题,Oerlikon Heberlein Temco Wattwil公司将由TexHead和TexBody组成的Heberlein TexJet-ATY投向市场。The air-jet is one of the key bottleneck＇ s in ATY （air-textured yarns） - a clear impression of the current situation is given by survey results in which 3 main problem aleas were shown： the comparative low produc- tivity caused by rapid contamination, the general level of yarn quality and the limited process window. To solve these problems the Heberlein TexJet-ATY - consisting of a TexHead and TexBody - was launched by Oerlikon Heberlein Temco Wattwil AG.
