摘 要:现有面料悬垂性能测试方法取样都是圆形面料,无法区分不同方向悬垂性能,不符合帷幔类面料使用环境,导致评价结果不贴近实际。针对这一问题,设计单方向面料悬垂性测试仪器。仪器包括硬件和软件两部分,硬件部分包括面料单方向悬挂系统和图像采集系统,软件部分主要将采集的图片进行定量化分析,用以评价面料单方向悬垂性能。通过测试5块窗帘面料,并将新设计的测试仪器与传统YG811伞式织物悬垂性测试仪器进行对比,得到两者在面料悬垂性方面的评价相关性是一致的,且新仪器测试更贴近实际使用情况。The fabric samples for existed fabric drapability test methods were circular, which couldn' t distinguish drapability in different directions, and wasn' t fit to the working environment of hanging-type fabrics. And the result was not close to actual situation. So a single direction drapability test instrument was designed The instrument included both hardware and software. The hardware part included single direction hanging system for fabrics and image acquisition system, and the software part included the images' quantitative analysis to evaluation fabric single direction drapability. 5 pieces of curtain fabrics were tested with new design test instrument and YG811 fabric drapability test instrument respectively. The conclusions were as followed: the two methods had a higher consistent in fabric drapability, and the new instrument measuring was much close to the actual usage
