摘 要:提出了一种满足不同短路保护要求的拍合式磁脱扣器反力弹簧参数优化设计方法,以某250壳架塑壳断路器的拍合式磁脱扣器为研究对象,仿真计算得到了满足开断要求的配电用和电动机用拍合式磁脱扣器的9组弹簧参数;并验证了仿真计算结果的正确性。研制的拍合式磁脱扣器反力弹簧设计软件,实现了磁脱扣器反力弹簧的参数化设计。This paper presented an optimization design method for reactive spring of clapper type magnetic release to meet the different short circuit protection requirements. The clapper type magnetic release of a 250 shell frame moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) was taken as a research object. Nine sets of spring parameters that met the breaking requirements were obtained through simulation, and the results were also verified by comparing with the experimental data. The software was also designed for optimizating the reactive spring parameters of clapper type magnetic release.
