摘 要:为了测量鲰触头开关电弧的温度,分析了光谱分析法测量电弧温度的原理,得到了比色法测温公式和谱线的选线原则;同时,为了初期的电弧温度测量,研究设计了Ag触头开关电弧产生装置,使用USB2000+微型光谱仪对Ag触头开关电弧的谱线进行了分析。选用AgI768.78nm配合AgI421.28nm,AgI 520.91nm分别进行电弧温度计算;使用NIST数据库查找得到关键测温参数,根据测温公式和谱线强度比,测得舷触头开关电弧温度在5000~9000K。测量结果为断路器开关介质的恢复、开断性能的提高提供了理论依据。In order to measure the temperature of switching arc of Ag contacts, the temperature measurement principle using spectral diagnosis was analyzed. The temperature measurement formula and the spectral selection principle were derived simultaneously. Meanwhile, for studying the initial arc temperature measurement, Ag switching arc generating device was designed. In addition, the switching arc spectrum of Ag contacts was obtained by employing USB2000 + spectrometer, and AgI 768. 78 nm was selected to coordinate with AgI 421. 28 nm, AgI 520.91 nm for the temperature calculation. Furthermore, the critical temperature parameters were found using NIST database. Finally, combined with temperature measurement formulas and spectral intensity ratio, the switching arc temperature of Ag contacts was between 5 000 - 9 000 K. A theoretical basis was provided for recovering the media and improving the performance of breakers.
