摘　　要：某低碳节能装配式建筑外墙体由钢筋混凝土挂板、混凝土挂柱XPS板和外墙内板组成,内填矿棉保温板,承重结构为轻钢结构,楼面采用钢筋混凝土叠合楼板,屋面为保温轻型瓦屋面,其保温性能达到国家节能65%标准,具有低碳、环保、节能、经济、抗震、坚固耐用的特点。In this paper, a type of prefabricated house was introduced. The retaining wall consists of reinforced concrete hanging plate, concrete column with claw,XPS board,internal plate,and inner filling mineral wool board. Load-bearing structure was light steel. Floor use reinforced concrete composite slabs. Light tile roof for insulation. By the thermal performance test for this house, heat-insulating property achieves 65% energy- saving requirements in China. It has many good characteristics, such as low-carbon, environmental, energy- saving, economic, sturdy and durable features.
