软弱土地基处理实例分析

摘　　要：选取同一区域深厚软基不同施工方式的实例,从地质条件、场地条件、质量控制及经济效益等方面进行分析,结果显示,深厚软弱土未经处理将给工程施工及周围设施安全等带来很大隐患,而对深厚软弱土先进行预压排水处理再进行桩基和基坑开挖施工,将大大提高工程和周围设施安全的可控性,且可有效控制工期和造价。Select the same area deep soft ground instance of different construction methods,and a more comprehensive analysis of geological conditions,site conditions,quality control,and economic benefits.Examples, great hidden deep soft soil untreated will construction as well as the safety of the surrounding facilities,first for deep soft soil the Preload processing then pile foundation pit excavation construction,will greatly enhance the controllability of projects in and around the facility security,which can effectively control the duration and cost.
