热熔黏合衬黏合机理及其在服装应用中的探讨

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,人们对服装款式、档次的要求越来越高。一件创意与设计完美的服装不仅来自于设计师创作的灵感,还来自于辅料与面料的绝佳组合。针对近几年来黏合衬实际生产和服装应用过程中出现的一些问题,同时基于国外黏合机理方面的研究成果,对热熔黏合衬的黏合机理进行了探讨,对影响压烫工艺的参数进行了分析,并介绍了黏合衬的筛选流程,以此进一步推动黏合衬的生产及其在服装上的应用。With the development of socio-economic, people’s requirements for garment style and level were higher and higher. The garment with originality and perfect design was not only from creative inspiration from designer, but also from excellent combination between fabric and accessories. According to problems found in the actual production of fusible interlining and application to garment recent years, and based on the research findings of overseas fusing fundamental theory, bonding mechanisms of fusible interlinings were discussed, ironing process parameters were analyzed, and the procedure of screening interlinings were introduced, with respect to further promote the development of fusible interlining production and application to garment.
