汽车内饰织物“颗粒绒”的设计与开发

摘　　要：汽车内饰面料比常规民用产品在力学、日晒、耐久和工程特性等方面强调更高的水准,这给生产和设计开发提出了更高的要求。介绍汽车内饰经编绒类织物"颗粒绒"的风格设计特点和实际生产工艺,通过搭配原料、组织、染色、磨毛、拉毛等工艺要点,控制关键参数,设计生产"颗粒绒"面料,并对产品进行标准测试。该面料在具备柔软细腻手感的同时,实现了带微观颗粒效果的翻毛风格,测试结果表明该面料性能符合汽车装配标准。该类产品附加值高,且受市场欢迎。Interior decorative fabrics for automobiles demand higher requirement in some aspects,compared to clothing materials,such as mechanical properties,light resistance properties,durability performance and application properties.The design and development of warp-knitted velour and a fabric,with new kind of hand value,were studied based on the adjustment of the key parameter,concerning the fiber choosing,fabric structure,dying,sanding and brushing.The new developed fabric has soft and exquisite hand value and unique appearance which has micro velour particles on it.After tested in the lab,the result showed that the fabric properties entirely meet the requirement of automobile testing standard.With high additional value,nice appearance and good hand value,the fabric has been very popular in interior decorative fabric market.
