摘  要:掌握新疆生产建设兵团四师昭苏垦区77团开展包虫病综合防控后取得的干预效果。通过调查预防性驱虫药物发放,掌握驱虫规范程度。采用“粪抗原检测法”和“下泻法”调查犬感染细粒棘球绦虫情况。通过屠宰场检查家畜包虫病感染情况。2012年1月一2013年6月该团登记犬618条~653条。总驱治犬11,700余条次,投喂“驱虫片”15,000片,规范驱虫率达100%。2012年5月份、8月份两次开展的犬粪抗原检测,犬棘球绦虫感染率分别为3.4%(6/176)、1%(5/500)。2012年、2013年利用下泻法检查犬感染细粒棘球绦虫。感染率均为0(0/14、O/19)。2012年家畜包虫痛感染率8.9%(200/2248)。实践证明。通过每月对犬驱虫可从根本上切断包虫病病原循环链。Acknowledge the intervention effect of the prevention and control of the hydatid disease in the 77th regimen of the Xinjiang 4th Production and Construction Division. Methods Correctness of mediods of expeling worms is evaluated through investigating preventive medicine for worms expeling, investigating The situation of dogs infected the worm of Echinococcus by using coproantigen tests and arecoline surveys. Collecting the information about farm animal infected by the disease in ,daughter houses. Results 618 - 653 dogs were registered during January 2012 - June 2013, with more than 11,700 treatments, fed 15,000 pieces of anthemintie tablets, the rate of correctness of methods of expeling worms is 100%. The rate of dogs" Echinococcusis infection was 3.4% (6/176), 1% (5/500) in May and August 2012 by using coproantigen tests , respectively. The rate of dogs" Echinococcusis infection was 0 (0/14, 0/19) in 2012 and 2013 by using arecoline surveys, respectively. The rate of livestock infected by hydatid disease was 8.9% in 2012(200/2248). Conclusion In this case, the life cycle of echinococcosis can been radically cut by feeding dogs with nathelmintie once a month.
