摘  要:为给新育烟草品种在贵州推广种植提供参考,以贵州省烟草主栽品种云烟87和新育品种贵烟201、遵烟6号、毕纳1号、韭菜坪2号、南江3号为供试材料,在不同时期对不同烟草品种光合生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:各烟草品种净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度随时期的变化基本一致,均呈现"双峰"特征,即上升-下降-略上升-下降;现蕾期各烟草品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2值均显著高于其他时期,此时期是测定各生理指标的最佳时期;打顶可使烟草的光合速率显著升高。各烟草品种净光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度呈极显著相关关系,相关系数分别为r1=0.552 3***、r2=0.563 4***、r3=0.602 9***,表明,净光合速率是烟草叶片光合能力的综合体现。不同烟草品种光合生理特征存在差异,毕纳1号、遵烟6号、南江3号的净光合速率显著低于其他品种;毕纳1号、南江3号的气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2值显著低于其他品种;云烟87的叶绿素含量最高,毕纳1号最低。In order to provide a reference for popularizing new tobacco varieties in Guizhou,with tobacco varieties Yunyan 87,Guiyan 201,Zunyan 6,Bina 1,Jiucaiping 2,Nanjiang 3 as material,the cyclical changes in the photosynthesis and photosynthetic pigments of different tobacco varieties were studied.The results showed that the net-photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stoma conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of different tobacco varieties had similar change trends,and they all appeared "doublet" characteristics.The net photosynthetic rate was significantly correlated to the intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance (r1 =0.552 3***,r2 =0.563 4***,r3 =0.602 9***); Topping could significantly improve tobacco photosynthesis; The netphotosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stoma conductance and intercellular CO2concentration of Bina 1,Nanjiang 3 were obviously lower than other varieties.The net-photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stoma conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of different tobacco varieties were significantly higher than other times in the squaring period; The chlorophyll content is the greatest for Yunyan87 and smallest for Bina 1.
