基于农户视角的河北省苹果流通模式满意度评价

摘　　要：为了深入了解河北省苹果流通模式的发展现状,评价农户对现行苹果流通模式的满意度,采用问卷方式对河北省的苹果流通模式进行调查,运用模糊综合评判方法从农户视角对河北省现行苹果流通模式进行评价。结果表明:河北省现行的苹果流通模式有4种,分别为直销、以批发市场为主导的苹果流通模式、以合作组织为主导的苹果流通模式和以超市为主导的苹果流通模式;农户对批发市场和超市两种渠道比较满意,符合河北省苹果流通的现状及未来的发展趋势;从未来流通渠道选择意愿上看,有70%的被调查者选择了契约关系稳定的合作社和超市,说明这两种流通模式具有较大的发展潜力,符合现代农产品的流通需要。For a better understanding of the current development of apple circulation models in Hebei Province, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the apple circulation models in Hebei Province and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the four apple circulation models in Hebei Province currently. The results showed that the four apple circulation models were direct selling model, wholesale market-dominated model, cooperative organization-dominated model and supermarket- dominated model; Farmers were more satisfied with wholesale market-dominated model and supermarket- dominated model, which was in accordance with the current situation and future trends of apple circulation in Hebei Province; From the view of farmers＇choice in future circulation channel, 70% informants selected cooperation and supermarket with stable contractual relationship, this indicated that the two circulation models were of great development potential and were in accordance with the circulation needs of modern agricultural products.
