新生代农民工对就业保障相关制度的满意度

摘　　要：农民工就业保障制度的不完善已成为制约社会发展的瓶颈,如何合理地制定制度政策,提升农民工就业质量,是当前政府有关部门的重要任务之一。以江西、湖南、黑龙江、河南、四川和重庆6省市400名新生代农民工的问卷调查数据为依据,在分析农民工就业情况的基础上,运用SPSS 17.0软件对农民工的就业保障因素进行了分析。结果表明,新生代农民工就业保障与其年龄、工资收入、工作单位性质、失业保险、工作条件、权益保护等对农民工就业保障满意度的影响显著,新生代农民工的文化程度、教育培训对其就业保障满意度影响不显著。Employment security system of migrant workers has become the bottleneck of social development. Establishing policies reasonably to improve migrant workers＇ employment quality is one of the crucial tasks for government departments currently. Based on data obtained from questionnaires, the authors analyzed the employment security factors of 400 migrant workers from 10 provinces, such as Guangdong, Fujian, Shanghai, etc. , by using SPSS17.0 software. The results showed that some factors had an obvious influence on new generation migrant workers＂ satisfaction of employment security system, such as their age, wage income, nature of work unit, unemployment insurance, work conditions, rights and interests protection, etc. While their educational level and educational training had no significant influence on employment security system satisfaction.
