举办大型体育赛事产生的负面问题及遏制策略

摘　　要：举办大型体育赛事给城市发展带来难得的机遇,但也会引发一些负面问题,如果不妥善解决,将影响其可持续发展。通过文献资料、专家访谈和实地考察法,把大型体育赛事产生的负面问题归为场馆和城市基础设施建设带来的环境问题,赛事举办期间带来的噪声、水以及空气污染问题,以及赛后场馆闲置造成的浪费问题,这些负面问题具有隐蔽性、不可逆性和连锁性的特点。应以制定赛事环保规划、合理规划建设场馆、充分利用环保节能技术、加强举办地环境治理和提高赛后场馆利用率等作为消解手段。Hosting major sports events brings uncommon opportunities to urban development, but it can also lead to some negative issues. If they can＇ t be properly resolved, they will affect sustainable development of the city. Through literature, expert interview and site observation methods, the neg-ative issues generated by hosting large-scale games are summarized as the environmental problems caused by the stadiums and urban infrastructure construction, noise, water and air pollution prob- lems caused during organizing the matches, and the waste caused by idle stadiums after the games, these negative issues have concealment, irreversibility and chain characteristics , the resolution strat-egies are to draw up the environmental protection planning, to rationally program stadiums construc-tion, to strengthen environmental governance and education, to make full use of energy - saving tech-nology , and to improve the utilization on stadium after the game.
