我国女子网球项目快速发展的因素探析

摘　　要：通过文献资料分析、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对中国女子网球项目快速发展的因素进行探讨。研究认为:网球项目特点的认识与把握、训练理念与模式的探索与创新、项群理论与方法的借鉴、项目管理体制的优势、运动员管理模式的创新以及科技支撑保障等方面是中国女子网球项目快速发展的关键因素。With the methods of documentation, questionnaire survey and interview, this thesis ana- lyzed the factors for developing Chinese women tennis. The study indicated that knowing and maste-ring tennis characteristics, exploring and innovating training idea and mode, the borrowed item group theory and method, the superiority of organization, innovation of athletes＇ management mode , and the support of science and technology were the rapid development factors of Chinese women tennis.
