摘 要:基于ABAQUS有限元软件,采用完全耦合热应力分析法,建立了高强度钢的局部加热辊弯有限元模型,并在模型中添加相应的热传导、热对流和热辐射边界条件.通过分析相应的温度、应力与应变场的分布,发现辊弯变形区为主要高温区,此区域的散热量和生热量基本相等.其等效应变主要发生在弯角变形区,逐渐靠近弯角变形区部位的塑性应变逐渐明显并且不断变大,弯角中心的应变最大.Based on ABAQUS finite element software, a local heating of high-strength steel roll finite element model, with appropriate heat conduction, convection and radiation boundary con- ditions, is simulated, using the fully coupled thermal stress analysis method. By analyzing the cor- responding temperatures and the distribution of stress and strain fields, it is discovered that the roll bending deformation zone is the main high-temperature region, and the amount of heat dissipated is roughly equal to the amount of heat accumulated in this area. Additionally, the equivalent strain deformation zone is mainly in the corner while the strain reaches maximum at the center. Finally, it is found that the plastic strain becomes larger when approaching the corner.
