摘  要:对河北华电石家庄裕华热电有限公司1号机组汽动给水泵润滑油系统进水故障进行排查分析,认为小汽轮机低压进汽调门门套磨损导致漏汽量增大,使漏汽压力高于轴封供汽压力,造成轴封回汽不畅是润滑油系统进水的原因,并提出预防润滑油系统进水的措施及建议。For the problem on water flowing into the oil sys- tem of turbine-driven feed water pump in Hebei Huadian Shi jiazhtiang Yuhua Thermoelectric Co., Ltd., through detecting and analysis, this paper finds the following factors is the cause of water flowing into the oil system, which are partly of the low pressure steam governing valve in small steam turbine and pressure of steam leakage is higher than steam supply for shaft sealing,and makes shaft seal steam exhaust obstruction. At last, it puts forward measures and sugges- sions to prevent water flowing into the oil system.
