摘　　要：质量是企业生存和发展的关键,是生产经营管理的核心之一,同样印刷线路板的生产更应加强质量管理,从管理上、工艺技术控制上提高产品生产的质量,将"品质第一,顾客第一,全员品管"的经营管理理念应用于生产实践中,生产制造出优秀的产品以占有市场,赢得客户。As the key of survival and development factor of enterprise, quality is one of the cores of the production and business operation management. Printed circuit board production should strengthen quality management and get good result by control of technology in the production to improve product quality. I should apply ＂quality first, customer first, whole staff quality management＂ concept in practical production, and produce excellent products to win customers.
