摘　　要：分光光度计是化学分析实验室中重要的精密光谱测量仪器，需要定期保养和及时维修，以便保证试样分析的正常进行。本文根据仪器学理论和作者的实践，从仪器使用的角度，提出了如何保证或提高分光光度计准确度和使用寿命的主要方法。同时，根据经验总结出了分光光度计的日常维护方法、常见故障以及调修方法。Spectrophotometer is an important instrument for spectroscopic measurement in a chemical analysis laboratory, which needs routine maintenance, fixing and removing malfunctions in time. Based on instrumental theory and the practical experience of the auhor, the problems relating to raise the photometric accuracy and useful time of spectrophotometer are presented discussed from the an- gles of instrument application The repair methods, daily servicing, common faults of spectrophotometer were summarized.
