摘　　要：全国许多高校每年都会有一部分学生成为就业困难群体,他们承受着巨大的思想压力和心理压力。高校辅导员作为学生工作的骨干力量,义不容辞地要为就业困难群体提供服务和帮助。毋庸置疑,影响大学生就业的因素众多,许多因素高校辅导员无法左右。本文着重从高校辅导员的能力范围之内,围绕职业规划、就业指导、思想教育、心理疏导、素质培养和能力提升等方面,由点到面地提出了高校辅导员如何对就业困难群体进行教育和引导的策略。Every year, some students in domestic colleges become the weak-in-employment group who bear great thought and mental pressures. College counselors, as the backbone of students work, must provide services and support for them. No doubt, there are many factors affecting the employment of university students, while college counselors cannot control. This paper, focusing on the scope of university counselors＂ competence, puts forward strategies on educating and guiding the employment of this group from occupation planning, employment guidance, ideological education, psychological counseling, quality training and ability improvement.
