中国马术运动发展面临的问题及路径选择

摘　　要：运用文献资料和逻辑推理法,从传统马功能价值的蜕化及现代马功能价值的时代诉求提出研究缘由。认为我国马术运动面临的机遇是:马种资源的丰富是我国马术运动发展的"圆心";我国闻名世界的民族马术原生态文化符号是我国马术运动发展的优化"半径";马术运动发展符合休闲时代人们的理性抉择;马产业链的形成迎合休闲时代人们的多元诉求;具有比较优势的举国体制是我国马术运动发展的"增长极"。中国马术发展存在的问题是:区域经济发展不均衡是马术运动发展的瓶颈;马产业整体发展战略的不尽合理是马术运动难以吸引人们参与的主导因子;传统文化价值观与马产业的融合与对接不力是马术运动难以发展的文化认同阻碍因素;"贵族运动"酿成的"形象遮蔽"难以让马术运动深度发展;专业人才匮乏是阻碍马术运动纵深发展的"技术"因素。最后提出我国马术运动科学发展的3条宏观优化路径。Using the method of literature and logical reasoning, the paper put forward the study reason frnm the changes of traditional horse value and demand of the times for modern horse function value. Chinese equestrian original ecological euhure symbol is thought as China equestrian development optimization ＂radius＂. The development of equestrian sport is in line with the rational choiee of people in leisure times; the horse industry chain formation eaters to leisure time people＇s multiple requests; having a comparative advantage in the whole nation system is the ＂＇growth pole＂ of Chinese equestrian sports development. The existing problems in the development of Chinese equestrian：The unreasonable overall development the unbalanced development of regional economy is the bottleneck of equestrian sport development; The dominant factor that equestrian sport is difficuh to attract people to participate;The ineffective combination between traditional euhure value and the horse industry euhural identity factor that block equestrian spurt development; the aristocrat movement into image makes it difficult for the equestrian spoil to develop comprehensively;lack of hinder the development of equestrian sports. Finally,it put forward three macro optimal path for Chinese equestrian sports scientific development.
