摘 要:为了获得某新型迫榴式牵引火炮的理想后坐阻力曲线,对其反后坐装置进行结构优化。对反后坐装置进行受力分析并编写计算程序对后坐运动进行计算仿真。在一定后坐长度范围内,建立以节制杆尺寸为设计变量,后坐阻力峰值最小为目标函数的优化模型。利用ISIGHT软件集成仿真计算程序,选用修正可行方向法对优化模型进行求解。优化结果表明:后坐阻力峰值减小,曲线更加平缓,总能量基本不变。该优化方案对火炮稳定性提高和轻量化实现具有一定的参考价值。In order to obtain the required recoil resistance curve of the new mortar-howitzer towed gun, a structural optimizing design on recoil mechanism was built. Force of recoil mechanism was analyzed and simulation of recoil motion was made by programming calculation procedure. Within a certain range of re- coil length, an optimization model which chooses control rod' s parameters as design variables and reducing recoil resistance peak as objective function was built up. Optimal calculation was carried out with ISIGHT which integrates the program and chooses Modified Method of Feasible Directions-ADS. The results showed that when recoil resistance peak value decreases, the curve of recoil resistance became more gentle and the total energy was basically unchanged. The optimization model can present reference value for improving stability and lightweight of the howitzer mortar.
