摘  要:在齿轮系统的动力学分析中,轮齿啮合刚度是轮齿接触分析、变形分析和系统刚度计算的关键影响因素之一.以直齿圆柱齿轮为例,分别运用3种轮齿刚度的计算方法:国家标准计算、数值计算和有限元法,进行轮齿啮合刚度的计算,结果表明:数值计算方法较之国标计算方法更为准确和实用,且可以得到轮齿刚度的变化曲线.The meshing stiffness of gears is one of the keys in the analysis of dynamic in gear system including tooth contact analysis, tooth deformation and the calculation of system stiffness. Three methods of tooth stiffness, which are calculation by national standard, numerical analysis and finite calculation, are discussed in this paper. The progranune is developed by the method of numerical analysis. The tooth stiffness is calculated by three methods, and an example illuminates that the mothed of numerical analysis, which obtains the curve of tooth stiffness, is most veracious and applied. Through contrasting the result of three methods, it is proved that the programme is veracious and feasible, which is also basis for tooth modification.
