摘  要:西方国家私立高等院校教师科研理论和实务研究已基本成熟,体现在制度规范、科研评价、应激心理、激励机制和专业发展等方面。当前我国独立学院青年教师科研能力普遍较低,从理念定位到具体管理过程及制度规范等都存在理论与实践上的困境,为此我们应该借鉴西方国家的成功经验,并在此基础上寻求提升我国独立学院青年教师科研能力的正确路径,包括从完善教师科研管理的制度体系、建立合理的科研激励与约束机制,直至健全教学与科研管理流程和优化科研队伍结构等具体运作过程。The study on faculties" research ability in private universities is mature in western countries~ they focus on rules system, evaluation system, stress psychological incentives and special- ties development. Generally speaking, the research capacity of young faculties in private universi- ties is weak at present. There are many difficulties in terms of idea location, management process and rule system, and so on. We should learn from the successful experiences from western coun- tries, try to improve the research capacity of young faculties in private universities. This paper put forward some suggestions such as improving the management system, establishing a rational incen- tive and restraint mechanisms, practicing perfect process management of teaching and research, and optimize the structure of research team.
