复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性眼外肌麻痹的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察复方樟柳碱治疗外伤性眼外肌麻痹的临床效果。方法收治外伤性眼外肌麻痹患者45例(45眼),随机分为A组(复方樟柳碱治疗组)24例和B组(常规治疗组)21例,A组采用复方樟柳碱患眼颞浅动脉皮下注射治疗,B组常规应用激素、扩管和营养神经治疗,2～4个疗程后观察两组病例眼位及眼球运动的恢复情况,复视消失时间等。结果 A组治疗的总有效率明显高于B组,两组间差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱局部注射治疗外伤性眼外肌麻痹能明显提高治愈率,且操作简单易行,无明显毒副作用,安全有效。Objective To observe the effect of compound anisodine treatment the clinical experience of traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis. Methods 45 patients with traumatic eye outside the myoparalysis treated （45 eyes） were randomly divided into group A （compound anisodine group） 24 cases and group B （conventional treatment group）, 21 cases by compound anisodine group A with temporal shallow artery subcutaneous injection treatment, B group of conventional application hormone, expanding and nerve nutrition therapy, observe two groups after 2-4 procedure cases of eye and eye movement recovery, diplopia disappeared time and so on. Results The total effective rate of treatment group A was obviously higher than that of group B, the difference between the two groups have significant statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local injection of compound anisodine treatment traumatic extraocular myoparalysis can significantly improve the cure rate, and the operation is simple, easy to follow and no obvious side effects, safe and effective.
