摘　　要：目的探讨短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法 2008年6月—2012年1月收治53例腰椎滑脱患者,其中I度滑脱10例,II度滑脱43例。均行减压复位、椎间融合、短节段椎弓根螺钉固定术,术后定期随访记录患者的症状改善、滑脱复位程度及椎间融合情况。结果平均手术时间为90min,出血量平均为280mL。术后切口无感染,均甲级愈合。随访12～51个月,平均33个月,根据Nakai评分标准:优47例,良5例,可1例。I度滑脱完全复位率:100%(10/10);II度滑脱完全复位率:95.3%(41/43)。末次随访时拍摄腰椎X线片证实所有病例椎间融合,末次随访时椎体复位无丢失。结论应用短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱可取的良好的临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of short-segment pedicle screw for lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods From June 2008 to January 2012, 53 patients with lumbar spoudylolisthesis were classified by Meyerding： 10 patients with degree I slippage, 43 patients with degree II slippage, which underwent the surgery of decompression, reduction, short- segment fixation and interbody fusion. Clinical efficacy, reduction effectiveness and the rate of the interbody fusion were recorded. Results Average operative time was 90 min, average blood loss was 280 ml. There were no wound infection and healed well. All the cases were followed up postoperatively for an average of 33 months. According to Nakai＇ s criterion, 47cases were excellent, 5 cases were good and 1 case was medium. Reduction rate of degree I slippage, degree II slippage was separately 100% （10/10）, 95.3%（41/43）. At the latest follow-up after surgery, X ray of lumbar showed that all the cases have fused well. The loss of reduction don＇ t happen. Conclusion Fixation of short-segment pedicle screws for lumbar spondylolisthesis can get good clinical outcome.
