摘　　要：目的对于一次引发患者在血液透析时血液透析管发生凝血事故的原因进行分析,总结经验和教训,以完善自己的工作,用来弥补护理工作中的不足,不断寻找护理工作中存在的盲区,达到避免相同的事件再次发生。方法使用4008B的费森尤斯空气报警机器来进行透析,在透析即将完成的时候空气报警机器就会发出响声。护士可以根据静脉壶里是否有凝血块来判断患者是否需要进行回血。结果一般情况下在采用透析患者,在透析完成之后患者的血压可以降低到97/89mmHg,没有不适主诉。但是如果在静脉壶内发现凝血块,在下机之后护患之间就会产生不必要的纠纷。结论血液透析的专业护理本身就是一项非常有风险,并且操作技术比较复杂的护理,而且在血液透析中还会出现各式各样的突发以及并发症的事件。Objective For a trigger in hemodialysis patients with hemodialysis tube causes coagulation accident analysis, sum up experience and lessons, to improve their work, to make up for the deficiency in nursing work, constantly looking for the blind area in nursing work, to avoid similar incidents from happening again. Results Under normal circumstances in the dialysis patients on dialysis, after the completion of the patient＇s blood pressure can be reduced to 97/89mmHg, no complaints. But if in the vein of the pot found blood clot, the machine after between nurses and patients can lead to unnecessary disputes. Conclusion The nursing of hemodialysis itself is a very risky, and the operation nursing technology more complex, but also in the hemodialysis will appear in every kind of sudden events and complications.
