我院青霉素类抗菌药物应用现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究我院青霉素类抗菌药物应用现状。方法选取2010年1—12月的1000张用药处方为A组,2011年1—12月的1000张处方为B组,2012年1—12月的1000张处方为C组,然后将三组的青霉素类抗菌药物应用率进行统计与比较,并将三组中的不合理应用情况进行分析与比较。结果 C组的青霉素类抗菌药物总应用率低于A组与B组,不合理应用情况发生率也低于A组与B组,B组则低于A组,另外青霉素的应用率仍明显高于其他种类的药物,呼吸内科应用率高于其他科室,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论我院青霉素类抗菌药物应用率呈现持续降低的趋势,不合理应用情况也持续改善,且不同科室应用存在一定差异,应给予针对性干预。Objective To analyze and study the application status of penicillin antibiotics in our hospital. Methods 1000 prescriptions in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were selected as group A, 1000 prescriptions from January 2011 to December 2011 were selected as group B, 1000 prescriptions from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as group C, then the application rate of penicillin antibiotics of three groups were analyzed and compared, and the incidence of unreasonable application situation were analyzed and compared too. Results The total application rate of penicillin antibiotics of group C was lower than those of group A and group B, incidence of unreasonable application situation was lower than those of group A and group B too, those of group B were lower than group A, the application rate of penicillin was also obviously higher than those of others, the application rate of respiratory medicine department were higher than those of other department, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The application rate of penicillin antibiotics in our hospital shows a decreasing trend, the unreasonable application situation is continuously improved, and the application of different departments has some differences, so it should be paid to pertinent intervention.
