外科护士掌握抢救药物知识的现状调查

摘　　要：目的对我院外科护士掌握抢救药物知识情况进行调查分析。方法对我院40名外科护士做出了调查,调查采用问卷答辩的形式,其内容主要涉及抢救药物的用量、药物的药理知识和观察注意事项,并对护理获取这些知识的途径做出了调查。结果在抢救药物的药理知识掌握上,不同护龄的护士之间差别不明显,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义。而在抢救时对患者的观察注意事项上的掌握情况,不同护龄间的护士之间差别较明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。针对于不同护士之间的学历的差距,不同学历的护士对抢救药物知识的掌握情况均无明显差异,P>0.05,不具备统计学意义。结论加强护士实践工作,其是提高护士对抢救药物知识的掌握的有效措施,并且通过业务学习和熟记药物说明书是实现抢救药物知识运用的有效途径。Objective Surgical nurses in our hospital emergency treatment drug master knowledge investigation and analysis. Methods To make a survey on 40 surgical nurses, survey questionnaire reply form, which is mainly related to drug dosage, treatment of drug＇s pharmacological knowledge and observation notes, and made a survey on nursing these knowledge acquisition approach. Results In the treatment of drug pharmacology knowledge grasping, between nurses of different nursing age difference is not obvious, P〉0.05, not statistically significant. And pay attention to grasp the situation matters to patients in the rescue, between different aged between nurse difference significantly, /~〈0.05, with statistical significance. The gap for different among nurses with different educational background of the needle, the nurse to rescue medication knowledge had no significant difference, P〉0.05, does not have statistical significance. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing practice, which is to improve the nurse to the effective measures to grasp the rescue medication knowledge, and through the learning and memorizing instructions of drugs is an effective way to achieve the use of rescue medication knowledge.
