临床护理路径在脑卒中病人紧急救护中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在脑卒中病人紧急救护中的应用效果.方法：2012年8月～ 2013年3月对我院收治的50例脑卒中病人实施临床护理路径,并与2011年11月～2012年7月收治的50例病人进行比较,比较两组病人的日常生活活动能力、住院天数、住院费用、满意度、并发症等情况.结果：两组病人日常生活活动能力评分、并发症的发生、住院天数、住院费用、满意度比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：CNP的实施有助于提高脑卒中病人的康复效果,减少住院日,降低住院费用及并发症的发生.Objective：To observe the opplication effects of clinical nursing pathway for acute cerebral accident patients in emergency rescue.Methods：Clinical pathway was performed in 50 patients with acute cerebral accident from August 2012 to March 2013,50 patients who hospitalized from November 2011 to July 2012 were compared.To evaluate the active daily life score,hospitalization duration,average inhospital changes,satisfaction and complications,and so on.Results：The activities of daily living of patients in the two groups score,complications,hospitalization days,cost of hospitalization,satisfaction was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing pathway could improve the cure effect,decrease hospitalization duration,reduce the changes and complications.
