甲状腺术后早期药物冰块含漱的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨早期药物冰块含漱对降低甲状腺术后患者咽部疼痛的效果.方法：选择2012年5月～10月我科住院的100例甲状腺术后患者,随机分为干预组及对照组各50例,干预组在手术后6,12,24h给予2％利多卡因联合地塞米松以及高渗葡萄糖中充分混合后制成冰块含漱,对照组术后按常规进行护理.结果：干预组的咽部疼痛程度评分明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：甲状腺术后早期药物冰块含漱可减轻患者的咽部疼痛.Objective：To explore the early drug ice gargle for patients with pharyngeal pain reducing effects of thyroid surgery.Methods：Chose our hospital 100 cases of thyroid patients after surgery from May to October in 2011,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 50 cases in each group,the intervention group in operation after 6 h,12 h,24 h given 2% lidocaine combined with dexamethasone,hypertonic glucose and fully mixed into ice containing mouthwash,the control group wtih routine nursing after surgery.Results：The intervention group of pharyngeal pain scores were less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Thyroid postoperative early drug ice gargle can relieve the patient＇s pain of pharynx.
