甲硝唑溶液加浓盐水坐浴联合引流技术治疗白血病肛周脓肿病人的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲硝唑溶液加浓盐水坐浴联合引流技术治疗白血病肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:将42例白血病合并肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组22例和对照组20例。观察组采用浓盐水加1%甲硝唑溶液坐浴30 min后行肛周药物冲洗,每日2次;对照组用浓盐水坐浴30 min,每日2次。比较两组患者疗效。结果:观察组患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浓盐水加1%甲硝唑溶液坐浴联合肛周药物冲洗是治疗白血病肛周脓肿有效方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the treatment combining wash drainage with metronidazo1e of leukemia patients with perianal abscess.Methods：42 leukemia patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into observation group （22 cases） and control group （20 cases）.Observation group underwent sitzbath with the brine plus 1% metronidazole for 30 minutes,2 times a day,then wash drainage.While control group just underwent sitzbath with the brine for 30 minutes,2 times a day.Result：The observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Combination wash drainage with metronidazole is an effective method for the treatment of leukemia patients with perianal abscess.
