临床药师参与1例晚期输尿管癌患者的疼痛治疗

摘　　要：1例晚期癌症患者行姑息性放疗,并先后予以曲马多缓释片、盐酸布桂嗪注射液止痛,疼痛无明显缓解。临床药师对疼痛评估,后建议改用口服硫酸吗啡缓释片和加巴喷丁胶囊联合镇痛,同时,药师及时处理药物不良反应,并进行用药教育,患者疼痛明显缓解。An advanced ureter cancer patient exposed to palliative radiotherapy, and had used sus tainedrelease tablets of tramadol and bucinnazine injection to relieve pain, but got no pain relief. The clinical pharmacists assessed the patient＇s pain timely, and made a medication recommendation： oral admin istration of both morphine sulfate sustainedrelease tablets and gabapentin capsules to relieve the pain. Meanwhile the clinical pharmacists timely treated the adverse drug reactions, and provided the patient with medication education. Finally, the patient left the hospital with her pain relieved remarkably.
