内蒙古武术的组织管理与发展运行模式研究

摘　　要：中国武术已在世界各地得到迅速的发展,国际影响力逐年上升,已被选定为2020年奥运会的备选项目。在大武术观大发展的新形势下,中国武术突飞猛进、绩效显著、改革创新层出不穷。然而,内蒙古自治区的武术在总体上还处于比较落后的状态,主要存在组织管理滞后、组织结构不完善、会员制制度没有推行、武术运动技术水平较低、武术市场化不够深入、武术运动发展不成规模等问题,这些问题严重地制约着我区武术运动的进展。因此,要以探索我区武术组织管理运行模式改革优化、创建内蒙古武术发展运行的新模式来推进内蒙古武术向前快速的发展。Chinese martial arts has rapidly developed all over the world and got the increasing international in- fluences, which has been chosen for the alternative project in 2020 Olympic Games. Under the new situation of the rapid development of the Wushu view, Chinese martial arts has got the rapid advances, significant performance and endless reform and innovation. Martial arts in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, however, is still in a relatively backward status in general. The main problems include the lag of organization and management, the imperfect organ- izational structure,the lack of membership system, the low level of the sport technique, the immaturity of the mar- ketization and the small scale of martial arts sport development. These problems seriously restrict the development of martial arts sport in Inner Mongolia. Therefore, it is the best way to promote the development of martial arts in Inner Mongolia fast forward with exploring the optimal reform of running mode in organization management and creating new mode of development.
