默顿科学规范在当代有效性的辩证思考

摘　　要：默顿科学规范是一组以维护科学的自主性为目的、围绕科学的制度性目标的实现而形成的价值观统一的社会性规范。默顿以实证主义的科学知识观、小科学时代的科学价值观为理论基础,以结构功能主义社会学为研究方式所建立起来的这套规范体系的合理性与有效性,必然会随着其理论基础、思维方式的革命而被质疑与动摇。默顿科学规范理论必须革命,回归到认知性规范与社会性规范相统一框架中去。Merton＇s scientific norms is a set of social norms of values unified which formed around the realization of the goal of a scientific system in order to maintain the autonomy of science. Taking concept of scientific knowledge of positivism and scientific values of little science as the theoretical basis, structural functionalism sociology as research methods, Merton established the system of norms whose rationality and validity were inevitable questioned and moved as the revolution of its theoretical basis and thinking mode. Merton＇s scientific norms must be revolutionized in order to return to the framework of uniting of ＂what it should be＂ and ＂what it is＂, technicality and sociality.
