摘　　要：在资源短缺、办学经费不足的情况下,办学经济效益愈益成为高校管理的重要问题。高校要有提高办学经济效益的责任感和使命感,树立节流为主,开源与节流并重的价值取向,在组织管理、科学决策、预算管理和绩效考核等方面采取措施,提高办高校经济效益,为推动学校内涵式发展奠定基础。With the shortage of both resources and school-running funds, the economic benefit of running a school is increasingly becoming one of the priorities in the process of managing an institution of higher learning. Therefore, colleges and universities must enhance their senses of both responsibility and mission for the improvement of the economic benefit to run a school. Setting up the value orientation of taking the reduction of expenditures as the principal matter and the equal importance of both opening up resources and reducing expenditures, we must take some measures in such respects as organizational management, scientific decisionmaking, budget control and performance assessment, etc., so as to lay a solid foundation for the promotion of the school＇s connotative development.
