摘　　要：目的：了解浙江省医疗机构临床实验室酸碱和血气分析检测结果现状,提出改进措施,为实验室间检验结果互认提供依据。方法：每年2次向参加酸碱和血气分析室间质评的实验室发放质评物,参评实验室对质评物进行检测,并回报酸碱度（pH）、二氧化碳分压（pCO2）、氧分压（pO2）,计算合格率,并进行统计分析。结果：2008年~2012年浙江省酸碱和血气分析室间质量评价活动参评单位逐年递增,酸碱和血气分析各评分项目合格率达85%以上。结论：目前浙江省医疗机构临床实验室酸碱和血气分析项目的测定基本符合PT评价的技术要求,能满足临床需求和实验室间检验结果互认的要求。[ Objeodve] To understand present situation of the check results in ph and blood gas analysis in Zhejiang Province medical institutions clinical laboratories. To put forward measures and provide the basis for the mutual recognition results in lab- oratories. [Method] Distribute the quality control product two times a year to the laboratories in EQA of ph and blood gas anal- ysis and summarize and analyze results of pH,pCO2 and 1902. [Result] The quantity of laboratories in EQA of ph and blood gas analysis increases significantly from 2008 to 2012. The coincidence of each project are rate up to 85 %. [ Condussion] 2lae results of ph and blood gases accord with PT requirement and meet the requirements in clinical diagnosis and the mutual recogni- tion results.
