糖尿病合并妊娠患者孕期健康教育的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕期健康教育对糖尿病合并妊娠患者自护行为和代谢指标及孕妇并发症的影响。方法:将100例糖尿病合并妊娠的患者分为试验组64例和对照组36例。对照组按照常规产前检查,试验组在对照组的基础上,予以持续的健康教育与行为干预。结果:孕期干预后,试验组各项指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:持续的孕期健康教育与行为干预能促使糖尿病合并妊娠的患者建立并维持良好的习惯,改善代谢指标,降低并发症的发生率。[ Objeelive] To investigate the influence of health education to diabetes patients＇ self- care behavior, metabolism and pregnancy complications during their pregnancy [Method] 100 cases of diabetes meUitus complicated with pregnancy pa- tients were randomly divided into experimental group with 64 cases and control group 36 cases. The control group was received routine prenatal examination and the experimental group was received continuous health .education and behavior intervention be- sides routine prenatal examination. [ Result] During the intervention, the indicators of experimental group are better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conduslon] Continuous health education and be- havioral intervention can induce diabetes complicating pregnancy patients to establish and maintain good habits, improve metabolism and reduce the incidence of complications.
