二苯乙烯苷对C57BL/6J小鼠毛发生长影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨二苯乙烯苷对小鼠毛囊毛发生长周期及其小鼠触须毛囊体外培养的影响。方法:将C57BL/6J小鼠分组,采用不同浓度的二苯乙烯苷灌胃以及培养液离体培养小鼠触须毛囊的方法,在给药后的不同时间观察各组小鼠毛发生长状况。结果:二苯乙烯苷灌胃组中,50μg/ml、100μg/ml组和150μg/ml组较对照组明显诱导C57BL/6J小鼠毛发生长,缩短小鼠皮肤变黑时间,早期加速小鼠毛发的生长速度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且100μg/ml组作用更明显(P<0.01)。二苯乙烯苷离体培养小鼠触须毛囊组中,0.1mg/L、0.3mg/L组培养第8天毛囊毛发生长长度大于对照组和其他实验组。结论:二苯乙烯苷具有明显的促进毛发生长作用。[ Objective] To discuss the effect of stilbene to growth cycle of hair and palp＇ s hair follicle culture in vitro in C57BL/6J mouse. [Method] Stilbene was used in C57BL/6J mouse in different concenlration . The mouse were divided into two groups . Group one was practiced with administration by gavage. Group two was used culture solution to culture palp＇ s hair follicle. The two .ggoup＇ s hair growth situation were observed. E Result] In group one, 50mg/ml, 100mg/ml and 150mg/ml sfilbene can induce hair growth and shorten skin blacken time obviously. The difference is significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Among the group, 100ug/ml stilbene＇ s effect was most obvious （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In group two, 0. 1 mg/L, 0.3mg/L stilbene can make hair follicle grow longer than comparison group after 8 day＇ s culture.[ Conclusion] Stilbene can accelerate the growth of hair obvi- ously.
