磺脲类继发失效患者加用西格列汀疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察磺脲类继发失效的2型糖尿病患者加用磷酸西格列汀的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:共35例磺脲类继发失效的2型糖尿病患者,在原先口服药不变的情况下,加用磷酸西格列汀片进行治疗。结果:至12周结束,治疗前后比较FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均有显著下降(P<0.01),BMI、血脂及肝肾功能无明显变化,无低血糖情况。结论:磺脲类继发失效的2型糖尿病患者,加用西格列汀后,血糖指标明显下降。[ Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of sitaglipfin phosphate added to secondary failure of sulfonylurea in patients with type 2 diabetes. [ Meflaod] A total of 35 cases of secondary failure of sulfonylurea with type 2 diabetes were treated with sitaglipfin phosphate tablets which was added to the original oral medicine. [Result] FIK3, 2hPG, HbAlc were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） after 12 weeks, compared to before treatment. There were no significant changes in patients＇ BMI, blood lipids and liver and kidney function. No hypoglycemia situation was observed. [ Conclusion] Sitagliptin added to oral medicine can significantly decrease the blood glucose of type 2 diabetics with secondary failure of sul- fonylurea.
