VSD技术治疗难治性创面的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术治疗难治性创面的临床疗效。方法将60例难治性创面的患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组行常规手术清创后采用VSD技术治疗;对照组行常规手术清创后予常规换药处理。比较2组在治疗4周后的治愈率及患者对治疗效果的满意程度。结果治疗4周后,治疗组24例治愈,治愈率80.0%;对照组5例治愈,治愈率16.7%;经等级秩和检验,治疗组临床疗效显著高于对照组(u=5.921,P<0.01);患者对治疗效果的满意程度治疗组明显高于对照组。结论 VSD技术能及时清除创面分泌物及坏死组织,治疗难治性创面临床疗效显著,且操作简单,易于掌握,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage (VSD) tech-nology in the treatment of refractory wounds . Methods 60 patients with refractory wounds treated with surgical debridement were divided into two groups . The treatment group was provided with VSD treat-ment ,while the control group received conventional treatment . Four weeks later ,the clinical effects of the two groups were assessed by the curative effect and the satisfaction of patients with treatment . Results After 4 weeks ,24 patients were cured in the treatment group with a cure rate of 80 .0% . But only 5 cases were cured in the control group ,the cure rate was 16 .7% . Differences were evaluated by the Wilcoxon test ,u=5 .921 ,P<0 .01 ,and the clinical curative effects of the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group ;patient satisfaction in the treatment group is also statistically higher than the control . Conclusions VSD can completely remove the wound secretions and necrotic tissue ,which has markedly clinical curative effects and is easy to operate and master . VSD technology is worthy of clinical application .
