摘　　要：卒中后吞咽困难(PSD)的早期筛查和干预是脑卒中治疗的一项重要内容。本资料就脑卒中吞咽困难患者的心理护理、康复训练、摄食方法进行综述,提出护理干预的目的是帮助患者实现自我照护,但在实施过程中应当规范护理操作、构建合理的疗效评价体系。Early screening and intervention of dysphagia after stroke is one of the most important contents in the treatment of stroke. This paper reviews the psychological nursing, rehabilitation training, feeding method on post- stroke dysphagia patients and point out that the purpose of nursing intervention is to help patients achieve self care, while normalizing nursing operation and building reasonable effective evaluation system should be put forward during this process.
