益母草注射液联合缩宫素在瘢痕子宫剖宫产中止血缩宫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益母草注射液联合缩宫素在瘢痕子宫剖宫产中止血缩宫的有效性及安全性。方法将瘢痕子宫剖宫产产妇120例,随机分为实验组和对照组(各60例),实验组给予益母草+缩宫素,对照组给予缩宫素,比较两组术中、术后2h、术后24h出血量、产后出血发生率及加用其他药物发生率。结果实验组术中、术后2h、术后24h出血量明显低于对照组,两者之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后出血发生率低于对照组,但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术中术后因宫缩乏力,出血量多而加用其他缩宫药物发生率的比较,实验组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后发生不良反应率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益母草注射液联合缩宫素更能有效促进瘢痕子宫子宫收缩,减少产后出血,且安全高效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and security of motherwort combined with oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine contraction after cesarean section of women with scarred uterus. Methods 120 cases were randomLy divided into observation group 60 cases ）and control group（60 cases）.The observation group were given motherwort and oxytocin,and the control group were given oxytocin only.The amount of bleeding volum in operation,vaginal bleeding volum of postoperative 2,24h,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of add other drugs were compared between the 2 groups. Results The amount of bleeding volum in operation and vaginal bleeding volum of postoperatiye 2,24h in observation group were less than that of control group,and there were significant difference between them（P 〈 0.05）.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhag in observation group was less than that of control group,but there was no significant difference between them（P 〉 0.05）.The incidence of add other drugs in observation group was less than that of control group,and there was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.05）.About the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between them（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The motherwort combined with oxytocin was efective and safe in reducing postpartum hemorrhage and promoting uterine contractions of women with scarred uterus, and was worth of clinical promotion.
