摘　　要：本研究就1例宫角肌瘤变性误诊为宫外孕包块的病例进行分析,探讨变性子宫肌瘤与妊娠囊的鉴别要点。通过超声检查、临床表现和血HCG等多方面研究,发现二者超声影像和彩色多普勒均有不同特点,而且随着妊娠的进展会发生不同的改变,妊娠囊的改变较明显。当发现可疑宫外孕包块时,不能仅凭1次超声做出诊断,应多次复查,并结合病史及血HCG,方能明确诊断。We present one ease to explore how to make the differential diagmsi between degenerate myoma and pregnancy cyst.There were different characteristics helween them in ultratsmie echagrm and color Doppler flow. During Ihe pregnancy they changed differently.The change of pregnaney cyst was more obvious. When pregnancy lump is doubted,we can＇t make the diagnosis by ultrasound nnlv rowe. We could tmve the definite ,liagnosis hy reexamination of ultrasound and blood HCG.
