紧张型头痛中医心理紊乱状态与个性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的观察紧张型头痛中医心理紊乱状态与个性的相关性。方法将236例符合纳入标准的紧张型头痛患者,采用问卷的方式进行调查,问卷主要包括烦躁焦虑、惊悸不安、郁闷不舒、思虑过度、精神萎靡五种中医心理紊乱状态分级量化表,艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)。采用Logistic逐步回归分析方法分析紧张型头痛中医心理紊乱状态与体质的相关性。结果烦躁焦虑状态患者与E、N维度相关;惊悸不安状态患者与E、N维度相关;郁闷不舒状态患者具与E维度相关;思虑过度状态患者与N维度相关;精神萎靡状态与E、N维度相关。根据患者不同的紊乱状态与其相关的维度及T分数,得出紧张型头痛烦躁焦虑状态患者多内倾向、神经质特征;惊悸不安状态患者多内倾向、神经质特征;郁闷不舒状态患者多内倾向特征;思虑过度状态患者多神经质特征;精神萎靡状态患者多内倾向、神经质特征。结论紧张型头痛中医心理紊乱状态与个性存在相关性。Objective To observe the elationship between TCM psychological disorders of tension headache and personality. Methods Two hundreds and thirty-six patients with tension headache who met the inclusion criteria were surveyed by questionnaire,mainly including dysphoria and anxious, palpitation,depression and discomfort,excessive anxiety,listlessness of five kinds of TCM psychological disorders classification quantization table and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）.The correlation between TCM psychological disorders of tension headache and physique were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis method. Results The patients with dysphoria and anxious or palpitation or listlessness were associated with the E,N dimensions;The patients with depression and discomfort were associated with the E dimension; The patients with excessive anxiety were associated with the N dimension.According to different disorders and associated dimensions and T scores,the patients of tension headache with dysphoria and anxious or palpitation or listlessness were mainly the characters with introvert and neurotic,while the patients with depression and discomfort were mainly the character with introvert, the patients with excessive anxiety were mainly the character with neurotic. Conclusion TCM psychological disorders of tension headache is associated with personality.
