摘 要:研究了聚酯材料表面化学镀镍的操作方法、实验控制条件,讨论了各种因素对镀层质量的影响,试验了化学镀层与聚酯材料的结合力,确定了聚酯材料化学镀镍的工艺流程和最佳实验条件。结果表明,聚酯材料经过预处理及敏化、活化处理后,化学镀镍溶液的pH值控制在5.5,镀镍温度在45℃,反应时间10~20min,可以得到较好的聚酯材料化学镀镍镀层。The operating methods and conditions of electroless nickel plating on surface of polyester materi- al were studied. The influence of several factors on nickel-plating on the surface of the polyester material was discussed. Then the combining strength between chemical coating and polyester material was tested, and the best process and optimum conditons were finally determined. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows, pH=5.5; nickel plating temperature, 45℃; and reaction time, 10~20 min. Under the above conditions, good nickel-plated coating on surface of polyester material after pretreatment, sensitization and activation was gained.
