俞募穴艾灸对脑卒中患者躯干控制及运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察躯干部俞募穴艾灸对脑卒中偏瘫患者躯干控制及运动功能恢复的影响。方法将120例脑中风恢复期患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组40例。A组采用躯干部俞募穴艾灸配合常规康复治疗,B组采用四肢部腧穴艾灸配合康复治疗,C组采用单纯康复治疗。对各组治疗前后Sheikh评分、Fugl-Meyer指数和Barthel指数进行评定,并比较各组临床疗效。结果 A组和B组治疗后各项评分指数与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组和B组治疗后各项评分指数与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组和B组治疗后各项评分指数与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组总有效率为90.0%,B组为75.0%,C组为62.5%。A组和B组总有效率与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);A组总有效率与B组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论俞募穴艾灸可以明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能。Objective To observe the effect ofmoxibustion at Back-shu and Front-mu points on the recovery of body control and motor function in post-stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method Totally 120 patients in the recovery stage of cerebral stroke were randomized into group A, group B, and group C, 40 each. Group A was intervened by moxibustion at Back-shu and Front-mu points plus rehabilitation, group B was by moxibustion at limb points plus rehabilitation, group C was by rehabilitation alone. The Sheikh score, Fugl-Meyer Assessment （FMA）, and Barthel Index （BI） were adopted for evaluation, and the clinical efficacies were compared Result After treatment, group A and group B both achieved significant changes in the index scores （P〈0.01）. Group A and group B were both significantly different from group C in comparing the index scores （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 90.0% in group A and 75.0% in group B, versus 62.5% in group C, and the differences were both statistically significant （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）; the difference between group A and group B was also statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Moxibustion at Back-shu and Front-mu points can obviously improve the motor function of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. [Key words]
