指揉合谷穴防治乳腺癌化疗所致恶心、呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察指揉合谷穴防治乳腺癌化疗所致恶心、呕吐的临床疗效。方法将200例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组100例。两组均采用盐酸格拉司琼于化疗前后进行止呕治疗，治疗组配合加力指揉法按摩合谷穴。观察两组化疗1～7d的消化道反应情况。结果治疗组化疗1～7d恶心程度与对照组比较，完全缓解率和改善率均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论指揉合谷穴配合药物治疗能改善乳腺癌化疗所致恶心、呕吐症状。Objective To investigate the clinical preventive and therapeutic effects of finger kneading to point Hegu（LI 4） on nausea and vomiting due to breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods Two hundred patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 100 cases each. Both groups were given granisetron hydrochloride for antiemetic treatment before and after chemotherapy. The treatment group received finger kneading to point Hegu（LI 4） as well. The reaction of the digestive tract was observed in the two groups during one to seven-day chemotherapy. Results During one to seven-day chemotherapy, the nausea resolution rate and relief rate were both higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Finger kneading to point Hegu（LI 4） plus medication can relieve nausea and vomiting induced by breast cancer chemotherapy.
